Insert safaricom sim on sim1 Insert ethiotele sim on sim2 Then both sims will work including 4g network Hotspot will work by the sim that is assigned for data You can simply assign one of the two sims for data in settings by going to network and security settings so you can use any sim for hotspot It was 1800 when I bought it before 5 months it was working fine till this week now it just doesn't work on any network I even safaricom sims doesn't work. I don't know why that happened I am thinking I it may have something to do with the anti-theft option I turned on because the network on the phone stopped working after I removed the same sim I registered for my anti-theft account of the phone it is just a guess but this shouldn't have been a problem if I have been smart to ask them warranty certificate it should have been fixed but it might have just stopped working after the warranty is ended
