No matter how many books u read or videos u watch it won't do shit unless get out ur comfort zone and try to communicate with people, it can be just a "hello" to a stranger a day mnamn doesn't matter. Just get out, try, fail, learn and do it again. That's basically what all the books and vids are gon tell u

Don't read a book about communication and stuff. Just read a lot of fiction books, it will help you to get better on communication and awkward silence when having a conversation with people. and practice to do things that scare you to do in public. It will boost your confidence.
