Think about what you really want and your values. If you are a pro life person keep the baby. Parents are usually scary to adress at first but once it is out there mostly they will he supportive. This kind of things happen. Another point to think about is how it will affect your life you will be a mother, you may need to take off one year from school to take care of your baby. There may be bad comments from people around you. You will also need to consider how you will handle being a mother if the father bails on you. What will be your source of income, because raising a baby now is a huge economic strain. If you are not strong enough to handle those and provide your child with a good support you can even consider abortion (taking your own religious perpective into it). You can have a safe abortion in a hospital if you say you were raped and dont want the baby. As with ethiopian law you cant have a legal abortion unless it is rape or incest or you are disabled. A third option can also be to consider giving birth to the baby but giving it up for abortion this can save you the ethical issue of abortion and also the baby will have good support and maybe in the future if you are mentally mature you can a part of it's life. Overall i want to say this must be a stressful time for you and i understand it is. People may judge you for it but anyone can be in the situation even if they are as careful as possible. It is not talked about a lot because it is taboo but unplanned pregnancy is one of the commonest situations that happen in young girls like you.
