Maybe ur friends are just shitty ppl or demo u don't carry ur self very well and so u become an easy target. Ppl will respect u only as far as u respect urself. And about ur girl problem, as long as ure not being creepy and have an ulterior motives I don't think it's hard to talk to girls. Most girls are generally nicer so u won't have a hard time. Start will small talks.
