The only stupid ones here are people like u who ho around asking these types of questions when you've done nothing to support your country. The government of Ethiopia isn't stupid, its just dealing with stupid people, trying to fix 'problems' that shouldn't even exist in the 21st century and fighting to keep the country going inspite of all these challenges.
