I am freshman student at bahirdar university and My entrance exam result was too low.but I want to study medicine .do have some idea how I get it...is that possible?

Jun 23, 2023i was freshman in bdu in 2013 and i had 567 entrance result and 3.83 gpa but there was so much competition i didn't get medicine i don't think it is possible
