As is well-known, the primary function of government is ensuring peace and security of citizens. Obviously, the very purpose of establishing government is to defend citizens from the conditions of insecurity. Hence, the question is how do you evaluate the government in discharging this responsibility since the coming in to power of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed (Prosperity Party)? Explain with evidences?
