You know some guys who persuade them self as depressed person come togather and what they could do ... I think they won't discuss the solution they just talking about some morbid stuffs that's it. it doubles your depression ... you have to just stop these kind of thing try to get up and work because this world is cruel they won't care weather you are depressed or not try to do your best and free your self and bring back your power.

There's this amazing group, t.me/TheReboot 😈. They got a mental health subgroup/topic, u'll learn a lot about depression there bro. But they might be rough on you so be prepared. And yes, it's Ethiopian group.
