Unfortunately, as of now, PayPal does not support sending or receiving payments in Ethiopia. This means that you cannot open a PayPal account with an Ethiopian address or use an Ethiopian bank account to link to your PayPal account. However, if you have a bank account in a country where PayPal is supported, you may be able to open a PayPal account using that bank account. You will need to check with PayPal to see if your country and bank are supported. It's important to note that using a bank account from a different country may result in additional fees and currency conversion charges. It's also important to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to international money transfers.
