I'm grade 8...And I'm gonna take ministry exam after 1 month akababi.....And I'm suffering from depression and anxiety so it is becoming impossible even to open those books....Also I gotta score satisfying result...And idk what to do rn.....pls tell how can I get the fuck outta this shit and concentrate on my studies...I've always dealt with it before, but this time I can't just ignore it, so guys plss

Apr 29, 2023I feel you man it's hard to get out of those slumbers and study sometimes but go on walks they dont do much but you'll feel a bit better and study in groups if you have friends. And minstry doesn't matter much man dont worry hezb hulu kalefe antem ayakthm and instead of studying just do past exam sheets mnamn it's a bit late lematnat and if you have a trusted person lenesu negerachew misemahn wey demo write it down i swear it helps i understand how it feels im also struggling in highschool but hope this helps a bit❤

Apr 29, 2023First just try to know why you have to pass ofc its to pass but your goal isnt just passing so just try to find the goal of passing it so that itll keep u up. Second is try different study systems like 25/5(25 minute study then 5 minute break and again )and other ways u can find relevant. The other one is avoid distraction no matter how much they attract u just avoid them on study.

Apr 29, 2023kill the root 1) u r doing something wrong like bad habit 2) u are not satisficed with what u have currently on something in your life 3) u r anxious and stress about something 4) u r over thinking about something going to happen or happened in the past bro if u are involve one of the above thing by chance stop it immediately. if not the* pain of regret is way more than the pain of depression*. so get up and do something run or talk to other people before time pass.
