From your sister you really wanted to enroll in the university but I didn't have the chance. I understand that you aren't passionate about what you're studying, the environment is not encouraging and the future is not clear for you. And I also believe that the usual path of school, university and graduating is not the only way to succeed. There are many ways that you can build a great success. But that's not by being careless and irresponsible. You're still young, and there are a lot of opportunities to try and make errors to figure out what you want to do in your life. Don't drop out if you don't have a specific plan! But at the same time, don't give all your time to studying. Instead try different courses or programs. It shouldn't be something difficult or something that you need to leave your house to practice. As on the replies says, try programming. Try Video making and editing. Maybe you'd like to open a YouTube channel if you something you can share with others. Try Coursera, it an online courses platform. If there's a course you want to take but it's paid, apply for a finished aid, and guaranteed after 15 days you'll get it for free.
So, be ambitious, don't lose hope, don't stop trying, and always go on a plan that you can always adjust with the new circumstances.
