I belive peoples tend to get into a role or character on some occasions and I kinda noticed it on my friends too....so I want to know how to de role ( make a person break out of character) without them noticing that they are being de rolled and be on their true or authentic character........Tnx.

Apr 10, 2023It is complicated and it takes practice since have to be totally in control. But making them comfortable and try to be like them like their true self like dont be afraid to be vulnerable around them and they will drop their shield, but remember if you arent in control you will be truly vulnerable and the roll can be reversed. No easy as it sounds.
Apr 10, 2023To add to your point ..I believe being uncomfortable(hardship,arguments,uncomfortable environment,all the negatives ....etc) can really test and show a persons personality better....so I know its dark but making them uncomfortable intentionally might also help....I would appreciate if you pin point the types of practices that you mentioned above which can help me ......and Thank you for your answer.
