Tbh if you are really sure that you are interested in medicine and you think you would be good at it, you can study here. And then take usmle and go work there. Buttt you should be very very good at what you do. In order pass the usmle exams and submit a good application for residence. You will face competition from people all around the world so it is very competitive. Pursuing medicine in usa is a lot more harder than here in ethio. After finishing your premed program, you should apply to med schools. In order to be competitive for admission, you should take MCAT, get perfect gpa in ur undergraduate studies, participate in research and other relevant activities,....it is very competitive.
