Selam Anyone diagnosed with panic/anxiety attack before? Or any doctors? Amogn hospital hije esu new ena ereft ena mgb byi alugn & it's been days bedemb arfyalew ebelalehu gn yaw new. I spend my 75% of a day being light headed(which is the worst of all) and my night being unable to sleep coz it also happens while I'm sleeping, I feel like I'm diving in to a hole whenever I try to sleep I can't attend class or have a decent walk to cafe to eat a food. I can't even breathe like there is this stone is on my chest. It feels like I'm having a heart attack & my lungs feels like they're shutting down &I might die bezaw The symptoms scary and uncomfortable. and they happen out of no where with out trigger is there any way to deal with them? To even ease 'em up a lil bit? Anything Please 🙏

Message from iyamwhatiyam well here first go see another doctor... if there is anything physically wrong with u if not try to relax, there were days that i feel like life is leaving my body and every part of my body and blood fighting... sweating to go out and difficult to breath and i thought doing the hard thing might do it which is trying to breath 😁 mnamn i know... it's as if telling u to be fine when u say am sick but breathing will give u a sense of control to start with and helps to slow down ur heart beat and cheguara have a factor to that too ( lemn tsebel atmokrim gn... or go somewhere u can get away from all of it ) mnamn ena i know it might be difficult to fall a sleep... counting from 1000 to back helped 😂 i know it doesn't sound much but it's all about the little things u will be fine okay "" to whoever sent this I can't DM back but this was helpful thank you🙂"
