I'm one of those guys who never study but Nail every English exam, i also don't have any trouble speaking English even with foreigners. For me watching Movies ( with English subtitles ) helped a lot. I started when i was 12, now i'm 22 so it might take sometime to get good at but since watching movies is fun either way u can do it casually. Otherwise try Speaking with Foreigners online in games or find any group with similar interests or just casually practice with your friends. my advice is not to focus on your accent or pronunciation just make sure the receiving end understand what you are saying.
