Hey guys. I am 18 years old male and I am insecure about my height. I mean i think i am short. Most of my class mates are taller than me and i can't help myself from comparing my height with everyone around me and i hate doing that. I stand at 5'7(170cm) so am i really short?
Mar 17, 2023I'm 22 and 5'6. And I'll tell you this honestly, you are gonna be just fine people don't really care about height as much as you think they do. It's the insecurity driving you crazy. Besides, you can still grow your height. 21 is the limit, I think. You need to exercise though. Exercise = more testosterone = more height. Good luck.
