Hey girls ... most ppl have period cramps before or during their periods but I have my cramps 1/2 days after ... it's not exactly like cramps but I feel kind of bloated and hode at the lower part yabete neger yemeslal ... Is it normal? Am 20 btw and I have never done anything if you know what I mean
