Unfortunately ethiopians are very ignorant and mothers don't teach basic hygiene to their daughters out of shame and ignorance... I'm a 23 year old woman and here are my tips 1. NEVER EVER wear underwear to sleep 2. ALWAYS change your underwear daily 3. NEVER EVER use anything other than water to wash your private parts (especially scented soaps and products will cause infections and smells) 4. The vagina is a self cleaning organ so you only have to wash the outside... Never ever wash the inside because you will mess up your PH and the normal functions 5. Always remember discharges are normal unless they have bad smell. Some discharges cause bleaching on underwear and that is totally normal but you can avoid bleaching by soaking your underwear in water with baking soda immediately after taking it off for 3 to 5 minutes 6. Wash your hands before washing your private parts 7. Never wash the butthole area then the vagina... That can cause an infection so after pooping you absolutely have to wash the vagina first then the butthole and with that said never forget to wash with water only for both holes everytime u go to the bathroom What I wrote might seem explicit and too shameful but it's all natural and mature people will never be ashamed to talk about it...
