Actually I'm fluent in 5 languages and it's safe to say that learning a new language will give another perspective of thinking. Me for example, I imagine romantic moments, movie reviews and music related thing in spanish; religious things in arabic; more formal conversations and educational things in english, political things in oromiffa and amharic in most of my daily activities. The beauty comes when you try to swap them😊 you will see yourself changing personality at a glance

what about the deaf born people, how are they thinking?

Actually for me it depends on the situation. If I'm thinking about a serious and immediate issue I use my native language. But if the situation is kind of fancy (maybe related with educational presentations or business related) most of the time I use the other 2 languages.
