Feb 28, 2023The most thing that makes me believe in islam is the holy quran seriously you can never find a single mistake in it and most of the verses (ayahs) are happening in today's world beside that the hadith (prophets mohammed's peace be upon him) are 100% true if you know how to verify things you will be astonished by how much true and powerful his messages are. The second thing (I heard it from youtube) is that ... we all know that christianity is before islam and prophet issa (jesus) peace be upon him came before prophet Mohammad peace be upon him so .. i heard that there is a verse stated in the bible that jesus says that there will be another last prophet will come to the earth after me which is mohammed peace be upon him (I'm not that sure maybe my fellow Christians will correct it for me) And the last thing is with all due respect to the Christians but i think that thier religion is changing over time like today's Christianity practices are not the same as it was back before.... and there are so many things that can be mentioned... and about the protestants i mean come on ur faith is created by a germen guy called martin its a totally new religion that dont even have a single relation with jesus its just a bunch of hypocrite words

The concept of God in Islam and Christianity shares similarities as well as differences. Here is a brief comparison based on references from the Quran and the Bible: Monotheism: Both Islam and Christianity are monotheistic religions, which means they believe in one God. The Quran states, "Say, He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent" (Quran 112:1-4). The Bible also affirms monotheism, stating "Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one" (Deuteronomy 6:4). God's Attributes: Muslims and Christians share some common attributes of God, such as mercy, forgiveness, and love. The Quran describes God as merciful and compassionate, "My mercy encompasses all things" (Quran 7:156), while the Bible says, "The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love" (Psalm 103:8). However, there are some differences in the attributes of God as described in Islam and Christianity. For example, Muslims do not believe in the Christian doctrine of the Holy Trinity, which teaches that God is three persons in one. Muslims also believe that God is absolutely one, with no partners or associates. Prophets and Messengers: Both Islam and Christianity believe in the concept of prophets and messengers who were sent by God to guide and teach people. Muslims believe that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the final prophet in a long line of prophets that include Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus, among others. The Quran states, "And We have sent you (O Muhammad) not but as a mercy for the worlds" (Quran 21:107). Christians believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God and the savior of humanity, and that he was sent by God to redeem the sins of humanity. The Bible states, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Salvation: Both Islam and Christianity teach that salvation comes through faith in God and living a righteous life. However, there are differences in the specific requirements and practices for attaining salvation. Muslims believe that salvation is achieved through submission to God's will and following the teachings of the Quran and the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). The Quran states, "Verily, those who believe and do righteous deeds, they are the best of creatures" (Quran 98:7). Christians believe that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ and his sacrifice on the cross for the forgiveness of sins. The Bible states, "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God" (Ephesians 2:8).
