Hi I'm a grade 12 student and I cant seem to help my self to study .....I feel bored when ever I open the book so what do u recommend me
Oct 01, 2020I was just like you, actually am still like that. What works for me might not work for you but try to study under a new condition, like midnight, somewhere outside. It usually works for me.
Oct 02, 2020Use the Pomodoro technique. You study for 25 mins and take a break for 5 mins then after the 4th study time you take a longer break like 20 mins mnamn. Ena make a study plan first for the week ahead every Sunday that way you will know what you have to do every day.

Oct 02, 2020I would suggest you to spare some time from your studies to pursue your hobby. That will give you a break from your studies and refreshen you. Have a goal you want to achieve . This will motivate you to study and achieve that goal. I hope it works .. Best wishes

Oct 02, 2020B4 tryn to read u have to set a goal. Try to read like 40 minute and take brake do what u want for 5 minute. After finishin ur study reawad ur self with some thing. I think it will work for any one. .
