Hilcoe and BITs are the best options. Hilcoe is 15,000-18,000 per term... (3 terms in a year) [located at 4Kilo] class starts after 8 months. And it's not registry just application. So BITS is a better option. But apply at both. Bits is around 20,000 per semester (2 semesters in a year) [Located at Megenagna] class starts Monday so you better register ASAP if you decide on Bits. Which I highly recommend.
