I have friends who have taken the exam several time. We were exercising together and I think it's easier than the other English proficiency exams. Duolingo itself has an official exercise test you can take it for free and evaluate yourself. It'll always immediately notify your result when you exercise. So I think it is a very great way to start.

There's a guy on youtube who teaches this . he helped me get a good score and the test on the official website of duolingo is very easy compared to the real test .
