It depends on the country USA kehone... you may need to take exams, like SAT and englush proficiency exam like IELTS, TOEFL, duolingo. What I recommend you is to take both if you can. Take SAT and take IELTS. But I think it is possible to apply without any test result. But your chance of acceptance will decrease. And also most colleges require you to have extracurricular experience. Most universities use the website: common.org. So apply through this website For Canada... money is a must. Scholarship is very rare. It is very competitive. But if you can pay, you can definitely find a college that can accept you Other parts of the world there isn't enough scholarship for bachelor's degree...or I don't have enough info... In turkey, there is the government scholarship. For that it is better if you take one exam, either SAT or IELTS. There are good universities in Italy in which you can learn for free by getting DSU scholarship. You need english proficiency exam for most universities There are also good scholarships in asia, like korean universities, Study in India program, in china....but i don't have enough info about scholarships in asia So every info you need is in ur hand... it is just a click away. So google, go to youtube...explore everything. Ain't nobody gonna show you every step. You gotta do it yourself. Good luck bro!
