Well,loving ones self is essential ...he who dont love him self cant possibly love others. Start with treating your body like the temple it is,treat it with respect... Work on your self:the more you do that the better, focus on your priorities ,it could be work,school... hit the gym..be in a descent shape Take care of your self,give yourself some time away from others to connect with yourself and do something that you enjoy... Also appreciating yourself on a daily basis helps alot ..go infront of a mirror and appreciate your self,compliment your self...
