I am 2nd year. One significant thing I understood so far is that in med school you have to focus at one thing at a time. There gonna be many exams before you become an intern. You shouldn't sit down and be like "oh what the fuck am i going to do about all these exams!?" You shouldn't worry about the upcoming exams at all. I know it is hard....it may give you anxiety and stress to think about the exams and the amount of work you will do within the next 5 years. But it is very doable if you just focus on the thing you are currently doing now. Just focus on one exam or one activity at a time. Let's say you have an upcoming final exam or you have a lab report to write. Just focus on that. Don't worry about the next semester or the exit exams. You will worry about them when it comes the time. ONE THING AT A TIME!
