That is why competition is coming. When it is a govt run company, the CEO and works don't even bother to help it grow because at the end the profit doesn't matter to get their salary. If you take giant world companies, they got a system to keep innovating and expanding. If they won't, they go bankruptcy. Ours have never cared about bankruptcy because the govt takes loan as it did for commercial bank and electric corporation.
