It's illegal to do such type of sniffing networks but if you have the permission which i know you don't by the way😂 Install Wireshark it sniffs packet data sent to the device. Don't expect to see their screen or sth cause that's bullshit if you don't install RAT on their device but you can sniff http, tcp, udp, https and other packets. Yea it work on windows but i recommend you to use kali cause it comes by default with it and it's much easier with it.

Checking what someone is doing using his on private phone or pc is complicated and very tiresome especially if he's using VPN. But if you are really desperate there are many ways to see what someone is doing with your wifi. The first one is using Wireshark. When you start the software, it shows the IP address of all the devices connected on your wifi. Simply select the one – you want to monitor and launch the packet capture session. Within seconds you will see incoming and outgoing data packets from the target device. Actually it's very complicated. Check this out for more info : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6gx4Cwl9DGBI2ZFuyZOl5Q7sptR7PwYN The second one is using OpenDNS. By replacing your default DNS server provided to OpenDNS, you can easily monitor your network traffic using OpenDNS’s control panel. For more info read https://www.howtogeek.com/68886/how-to-configure-your-router-for-network-wide-url-logging/. But this does not identify which device on your wifi has open a particular website. So you have to guess it, based on time. There are also other methods you can find by searching on YouTube and Google but most of them are tiresome and are not worth the time
