I asked this question before and i didn't get enough and appropriate answers. I have a dextop dell optiplex 760 Motherboard and i didn't open and use it for morethan 10 days blc of power outage in my area. After the power restored i opened it but it doesn't boot up properly the power button shos steady amber light with 3 and 4 diagnostic light. I change the cmos battrey but these is the same thing here. What is the possible solution of this is it a mother board problem shall i need to change the borad with a new one ? i bought it the dextop 1 month ago.
