It's very bad. It causes infection and cancer and in time, the person will be unable to control their bowel movements meaning they'll shit anywhere and anytime. It's also simply gross. It's meant to be an excretory organ doesn't that disguist you enough? Shit comes out of it and it's just not designed for sex. Use your reproductive organs they're enough.
