Jan 01, 2023I've been trying too but everytime I feel lonely and have no one to talk but I feel useless right after that I can't sense myself and I pray regretting my mistakes but I'm in it again it makes me feel sad 😔 so sad but I'm trying again and again and I've seen a change in myself when I make myself busy with tasks and I don't do it for longer time making the gap once a month but I feel so much regret

Jan 01, 2023Trust me one day i will sucide my self because of masterbation regrat
Jan 02, 2023I'm afraid of harming myself but not suicide. The regret has reached another level. To a level where it seems like I can't handle it anymore. And neger gn ale I don't want to give up. I sometimes cry hopelessly ayne eskitefa, I insult myself, I hate my self .......but still I'm not in to suicide. Thanks for ur reply. And I wanna tell u that the worst lose will be suicide not to fail on masturbatio. Masturbation doesn't deserve ur life bro. We all will one day get out of this shit and live peacefuly. Much love ❤️ Wish u all ze best
Jan 02, 2023I think you need to find someone, who can talk to you about it and give you hope that it still can be stopped
Jan 02, 2023Clarity is what u need whether it's thru teachings or other ways all u need is someone to dispel the illusion in u
