And then walk up early in the morning...like 5 or 6 AM. And then study.. the morning is the best time to study. And you should use the time before lunch properly

For me, Watching movies or series along with the study does the trick. Watch like 20 or 15 minutes of the movie and then study for like 45 minutes. It works incredibly for me . But that's cuz im a movie nerd. For you, you can maybe listen to music or exercise or maybe play some games or even watch tik tok (but only if you can control yourself? Have a good study time 😉

Think about what your life would look like if you continue to do so. That's more than an alarm ig. Get up and do some stuff even if u feel sleepy. It will go away by itself after a week or so.
