Why does most institutions in Ethiopia have crappy websites?I mean it makes a big difference, what do you think the solution is?

Most of Ethiopian people are use social medias rather than website so most of Ethiopian companies use social media to get the people so they don't give a fuck to there website they use manly social media. And I think the solution is aware the people to use website and the company will turn there face to website.
