Dec 13, 2022I agree.. you are 100% right. They are also part of inflation. For eg. House rent sould high inflation after they came to adiss. And one thing i saw is most of these are ill manered( not all though), they dont have a respect for somebody else. And so many peoples are accusing them of being a theif in some areas.. i mean i dont wanna say they all are bad.. but in my opinion, they don't have a positive impact in our country. No hate i m just saying from what i see through these time😊

Dec 14, 2022As a half Eritrean I can answer your question, when their is any migration into a country that country will be negatively affected so as you said they might slightly create inflation and give rise for house rentals but no Eritrean want to stay in Ethiopia they have the chance to go to Europe why would they stay here? All of them are here because the process of migrating to Europe takes time, it took about 1 year for my relatives ... So I can assure you they will leave as fast as they can😊 Even Ethiopians won't stay in Ethiopia if they got the chance😂

Dec 14, 2022I am partly Eritrean so I can answer this. Well this happen 25+ years ago and that is the source of tension between Ehadeg or TPLF(call it what ever) and Shabiya(Eritrea government). Well shabiya consider Ethiopia for both Ethiopians and Eritreans where as Eritrea only for Eritreans. This created a big tension between the two government and both started to be aggressive and threat to each other. The result of the secession was Eritrea is a full totalitarian state with failed Economy with a child of a president where as Ethiopia had better human and democratic right [except for political power] oriented in developing Ethiopia, this era created many scholars and huge population.
