I got this thing that when I'm sleeping suddenly my brain become conscious but can't move any muscle and also can't open my eyes and start to shake for a little bit and wake up any one who have same experience??

Sep 16, 2019I felt the same thing a few yrs ago i still remember the filling it was so scary, i was napping in day light my family was in the other room and i felt like a hand was pushing my head down on the pillow i cldnt move or speak i tried to call my mom but when i open my mouth ntng comes out the weirdest part was i was wide awake but i cldnt move or talk ppl told me it was a dream but im sure it wasnt at all
