We can talk. . . . First of all እዚ ገብታቹ ምትሳደቡ u r wrong guys. ያን ተረዱ ስላቹ she is correct or not ሚወስነው የናንተ መሳደብ አይደለም then እንደዚ አይነት relationship መቆሙ ሳይሆን መጀመሩ ነው ችግር መቆሙስ ልክ ነው። እናም as this generation ብዙ relationship Goaላቸውን ሳያቁ ይጀመራሉ then ይቆማሉ (ለኔ መጀመሩ እንጂ ልክ ያልሆነው ማቆም አይደለም) So ስናወራ just ለሌላውም ያስተምረዋል የሚለውን እያሰብን ብናረግ መልካም ነው።

To be honest what u did is the best. Cause later on the road ur feelings would be multiplied and it would be hard for u to break up. I know that sometimes u decide things and when u face them u just want to change reality change ur decision. What is must to be done must be done regardless. U could regret it but u will forget it. Delete everything u have from him his pics gifts messages and everything. Stay strong 💪 don't let ur bad side get over u.

My guess is that whatever you were feeling sad about was also causing you a lot of anxiety, which can be a very unpleasant experience. In order to protect the conscious mind from experiencing too much discomfort, the deeper, subconscious, parts of the mind will utilize psychological defense mechanisms. These serve to hide things from the conscious mind which might be too difficult to deal with (instead they stay buried in the subconscious). The anxiety and sadness you were consciously feeling was uncomfortable enough that your mind tried to hide it from conscious awareness by making you laugh, since laughing is associated with positive and non-threatening things.
