The pre clincal years are very vast and so much to read with so many exams and not realy useful on hte real treatment and diagnosis world. I mean they r useful but not so much. Like biochemistry ATP, kreb's cycle, fat, enzymes bla bla or organic chemistry hydrocarbons, oxidatin, minamin. The clinical yrs are more practical and easier to understand. Still so much to read but not as much as the preclinicals. But the clinical yrs r interactive and sometimes being wrong or not being prepared r not allowed or is not a matter of 1, 5 or 10 marks it might come with insults and humiliation if the worst happens might cost 1yr. So I guess the preclinicals are hard. The clinicals with all the harsh encounters u start feeling useful and u feel closer to completion.
