1- Being workholic. 2.  Time management 3- Being decisive, it needs quality of making fast decisions to do different tasks 4- Never a procastinator. 5-  Ability to create a convincing story. 6- Ability to make something seem pretty. 7-  Good visualization 8- Ability to defend yourself 9-  Taking harsh criticism and failure with grace. 10- Fast ability to learn from mistakes. 11- Interest in learning new skills ( software) 12-  Having a great PC with graphics card( don't buy one until 2nd year...when you need it. ) 13- Ability to balance out work with personal life. 14- Ability to confront your design ideas and concept honestly 15- Being consistently in a happy and relaxed state no matter what the circumstance are around you.
