Nov 05, 2022Do u really wanna know why and Change that ??
Nov 05, 2022You don't need motivation to get shit done, all you need is discipline. Whether you want to do something or not make your self believe that it should be done because it is the right thing to do. Try to be logical and weigh your options. Like what would be the result if you do it or not to do it. You will eventually get used to it and live up to your schedule. In this day and age you can't always be motivated with social media lurking out there.
Nov 05, 2022you will never get a motivating factor more than your goal or the person you will be if you stick with your plan and try to remove thing that make you idol from doing what you planned like social media or other addiction(nonsense hobbies)

Nov 05, 2022First of all motivation does not work unless the demotivating factors are removed ,then make your goal specific and simple as possible where u can thinik about it and alarm ur self , Most of all use autosuggestions
Nov 05, 2022Dm me @Ephremti21 I will help you with that
Nov 10, 2022Make sure your plans are realistic. And I highly recommend you not to plan what you will do during a long time span. Just plan for short period of time and try to achieve it..and the plan again and then action..Plan, action, plan, action..and being consistent will for sure give you motivation. But I am not saying you shouldn't have a long term plan. You should indeed have a bigger picture of what you want to achieve. But you should really focus on achieving the small steps (the plans you make for the day or week). It is those small victories that will add up. And also check if there are things holding you back from taking action.
