Oct 27, 2022those cards are only used in Ethiopia. they are never integrated with PayPal or any other International systems. once Abyssinia Bank introduced it's visa card and I did call to their call center to ask if these cards work for online payment, it doesn't. one I way currently I am using is I have working PayPal account and I have a friend abroad, he has a card I use his card to make payments. that is based on trust.
