When u speak, move ur hands around(talk with ur hands) and be as visual as u can when doing so. Movmemt of the arms draw attention. Hope it helps.

As an introvert person myself, if it is a must to talk to them then, try to challenge yourself by worrying less about their loud voice or character and instead try to concentrate on what is really they saying.
