Hey i really need ur advice. I have a land out of addis and its worth 1.7 million ETB currently. SO i want to sell it and buy something acar or an apartment. I feel like i would regret it if i buy a car like it wont be worth it in years. And apartments are really expensive and i couldnt even cover the downpayment.
