Oct 24, 2022Let go of the past(if only i...) n stop living in the future(when *** happens i will be happy...), both are out of ur control. To be frank, the present moment is all u rly have so stay present in the now, the right now. Forget abt the past as it has already gon, n stop thinking abt the future as it has yet to come. Dont waste ur energy on those two things and focus on the now. Also seeking emotion through a relationship wont fix ur problem, the only real place u can find meanig n happiness is in God or within urself.(pls read recommended book, pls) If wt i said helps, read, book title: the power of now. Explains it better than i do.
