5G is simply put a faster from of 4G. Imagine if 4G transferred its message using multiple signals with shorter wavelengths and then you'll get 5G. If 5G does the same, you will end up with 6G and so on, so unless you're a cyborg I doubt you will end up getting any viruses from 5G
