Name me 10 black CEO's from the fortune 500 companies? I can only think of 6. Now, if anyone can put it all together, this kind of subtly implies blacks are stupid. I bet you don't agree with this, cause you are black, and don't think your race has anything to do with intelligence. And if you are well read, you would say, the low numbers are due to systematic inequalities uphold by a system in which whites are privileged through different means, for example the quality of schools around black neighbourhoods is low compared to white neighbourhoods. This would all mean, the chance for a black person to reach the highest stage of the corporate ladder is minimized to the point of non-existence. So the point made in the argument isn't valid, and fueled by the desire to maintain the status quo, which blacks are in the lower levels of the pecking order. Why did I state all this? Well the same applies to your question. Just like how blacks aren't allowed to prosper as they wish, women aren't allowed either. They only entered the workforce for like something about 100 years, and the industries still maintain the status quo, which is men on top, women on bottom. So your argument falls flat on its face if we are to really investigate why women aren't dominating a lot of industries. You will probably say, "I didn't say women are stupid and only got their bodies going for them, I'm just asking questions" eventhough this conclusion is weaved in your question in a subtle manner, but let me ignore that and reply to you, if you really are interested in asking questions, maybe ask why there are very few female dominated industries?
