1,Try to not spend a lot of time on your phone. 2,Do questions from books wc have explanation to the answers like Extreme exam book(active recall does wonders). 3,visualize how you would feel achieving it literally feel it. 4,read about the pomodoro technique. 5,it's all going to be OK. This is from my experience and things I wish I practiced.

U shld also read bio from the text work on past year problems for all subjects focus on grade 11 and 12.... and study unique points from grade 9 and 10.... focus on near matrik exams... practice aptitude questions from different sources... scoring 500 is easy if you are relaxed.. let's say u score 80 on all subjects you will get 560... and aim bigger aim for above 600 .

From my experience u can do well in physics if u stick urself to text am not sayin u don't need guides .make sure u doing activities,review questions blc they most time appear in UEE.i suggest u study Others subject along with guide and practice maths every day.beyond that i recommend u watch videos in yt like best neet taking ur time u thank me me later it helped me alot .feel confident don't strees
