If you love something God is not glorified in, your love for God fades away. Love God, that replaces your place for these ungodly songs. Well, how do you love God? It's not merely saying "I love you", it has a deeper meaning, it is a serious conviction of sin and repentance. You don't bring it by yourself though. The more you know about God and His righteousness, the more you know how unworthy you are of being His child. We are all sinners and wicked according to the Bible. I love this analogy, we're all like people who are in an airplane with a failing engine, the difference is, some of us have put on a parachute and some of us haven't. The difference is not about we are but who we have with us. Know about God's love for you, the more you do that, the more you fall in live with Him and His things. As I said at first, you can't love two opposite things at once. Your heart will be occupied with God instead of ungodliness promoting music.
