My brother,protein supplements here in ethio are hella expensive,please don't waste your money on that....i dont know if u think like this,but most people think of protein powders like magic powders ...like you will get bulked up in months mnamn gn its a lie...i personally recommend you to buy creatine if u hv the money for it ,its about 2600 in ethio fitness. I have used whey core,mass tech but none of them worked like creatine sooo you choose. Sincerely ThatDude
