Hey guys, Last night linega sil I experienced a sleeping paralysis for those of you who don't know it "its a spirit or shadow creature holding your chest not to move" and its horrific, I've experienced this before but last night's were different. My body were unable to move & speak something hold my whole body not to move and I feel my body being lifted up and I swear I experienced the wind outside of our house it's like my soul was out of my body finally I feel someone came to help and I go to sleep again it was very strange. Is there anyone who have experienced sleeping paralysis before?

Yes I have experienced it before and the hallucinations are common. try not to take too much caffeine , have a constant sleep schedule , and try to avoid stressing along and I’ll get better..
