Why is it frowned upon to be a loner in universities? I'm currently a Freshman in AASTU. And I do most of my stuffs alone going to cafe, class, dormitory. But don't get me wrong I sometimes do enjoy some company with "Friends" at least they come in handy at night because there are hyenas roaming around but that's it. What bothering me is the death stare(ቡዳ ምን ያውቃል)I receive whenever I eat by myself, walk alone in the compound like do I have to ማስከተል አሽከር Everywhere??? From my observation I think young people (mostly) are clingy and want a friend nearby 24/7. You don't see this kind of behaviour in grownups I guess they're content with themselves anyway.
